It has been widely used in the research and clinical applications of RNA drug liposomes and is utilized in the marketed siRNA liposome product, Onpattro. |

DLin-MC3-DMA pKa가 6.44 인 무색에서 황색을 띠는 기름진 액체입니다. LNP의 기능적 활성은 사용된 양이온성 지질의 pKa 값과 상관관계가 있다. 6.2 내지 6.5 의 pKa를 갖는 DLin-MC3-DMA 형성된 LNP는 더 높은 유전자-침묵 활성을 나타낸다.
